I've been watching the news today about the gynormous oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico... like Katrina, it's such a helpless feeling, knowing there's absolutely nothing I can do. All those thousands of gallons a day... unbelievable.... (sigh) It does make you wonder how something like this could happen. Some people are even saying sabotage since the radical left is so opposed to drilling. And somehow, the way to close off the opening in case of emergency did not work...
I think everybody's in shock, but we had better start praying that they figure out a way fast to close off the opening. They are saying today, that it might ruin certain areas for DECADES... ugh.
Now I'm hearing $4.00/gal. gas by summer...
