Yes, it seems the French have voted a Socialist President Elect to power... and it's been 17 years since their last one. The 57-year-old Socialist has openly admitted that he "does not like the rich" and declared that "my real enemy is the world of finance."
Say WHAT??! They have muslims that are taking over the country and changing it permanently, but his enemy is the RICH?? So now France will go down the same path as Greece, which is basically down the tubes, and run what's left of their country into the ground. I've read different stories now that the rich in France are heading to England, and the Jews in France are heading to Israel...
What a shame... I've never been to France. I've never been to Europe. But I DO know from my ancestors that capitalism used to be king in the early 1900's. In the 1920's when my grandmother was a rich "flapper" in the debutante society in San Antonio, she ordered custom made hand-sewn sequin flapper dresses that are now at the Witte Museum. And she ordered couture dresses from Paris because Paris was the Fashion capital of the world. It was also where artists, musicians, writers and creative people from all over the world congregated to make art of all kinds. The Eiffel Tower became an icon of the world for romance and art. And now??
