This is a terribly disturbing video of police brutality in Tennessee this past January. According to the news site I read, this man was intoxicated, and police officers stripped him (in the snow), handcuffed him, and then kept kicking him, beating him with their baton and tasering him repeatedly. They did not know this dash cam was on... If you watch, you will hear this officer yell over and over for the man to turn over, but he could not because he was incapacitated by the tasering. There were lots of police officers, and this man could not harm them since he was drunk and handcuffed. They then put him in jail, where he has remained until this video surfaced.
His attorney said, "The defendant had committed no crime, was not advised that he was being arrested for any crime, and was not charged with any crime until after the officers had beaten him and had to charge the defendant in an attempt to justify or cover up their own criminal conduct of aggravated assault on the defendant."
I hope every one of these officers is fired permanently. It is scary that these monster/cops are above the law...
