"Hello Mudder, Hello Fadder..."

Yea for DD! She gets to go to summer camp! It's only for a week, but they seem to cram 3 weeks of stuff into one, so she was SUPER excited! Of course it IS 105 degrees in Texas for these Dog Days of Summer, but they're young, and have lots of water activities, so it should be fine. They don't have air conditioning, but she said that at night there is a breeze so it's okay. Besides, kids these days need to know what it actually feels like to sleep in a screened-in cabin, so I'm kind of glad. As a matter of fact, if I were her age, I would have loved to go to this camp. For starters, it's co-ed, which at this age, is a must! And they have every activity known to man, so they are busy 24/7, also a must for this age! And they have great music, lots of kidding around, and lots of campfires to get to know God better - so it's a win-win situation.

Now if I could only figure out a way for me to go to an adult summer camp... :)
